Netflix is going on my shit queue

Maybe I should have expected my Weeds dvds to be scratched up, since it's a show about pot. But why was my Lord of the Rings: Two Towers two disk twos? And why is my Bob Dylan movie, which is also two disks, only one disk? I know there have been other issues that I just can't remember but it's a Sunday evening and there's stupid baseball on tv instead of The Simpsons. "Bitch, bitch, bitch!"
